Events & reunions

Create a new Google Calendar named Pitt PIKA Events. Share it with anyone who should add events. Then paste the embed URL into js/config.js as calendarEmbedSrc.

How to embed (5 minutes)

  1. calendar.google.com → create calendar “Pitt PIKA Events”
  2. Settings → Integrate calendar → Embed code
  3. Copy the src="https://calendar.google.com/..." URL only
  4. Paste it into js/config.js
  5. Set calendar to public (events details can stay “busy” if you prefer)
